Research is all about discovery – uncovering new opportunities and determining the value of our bacterial strains. We have a dedicated team of experts who employ various techniques and tools to manipulate our bacterial strains and showcase their capabilities.
The Development Team is focused on creating scalable and customer-friendly probiotic products that are easy to approve and patent. They experiment with different delivery formats, including mouth, skin, and food products. The team conducts extensive testing to ensure product stability and effectiveness, including clinical trials. They work closely with the NPD group to drive innovation.
The Technical Team is responsible for compiling and maintaining detailed information about the raw ingredients and finished products. They work closely with the Quality Testing Coordinator to ensure that all products meet the required specifications. The team is also well-versed in fermentation and production processes to ensure that probiotic products are handled appropriately and aligned with R&D’s vision.
Our Production Team manufactures Blis finished products, which are distributed to wholesalers, exported, or sold directly to customers through internet orders. Each batch of products is made using a carefully crafted recipe with raw ingredients precisely measured, blended, and turned into lozenges before being blistered and packed. Throughout the production process, the team conducts regular quality checks to ensure that the finished products meet our high standards. It takes approximately 10 days from the start of the blending process to complete the finished product.
